Part of Duality, Continuum #6 explores the tension between sculptural form and the architectural surface that surrounds it. Without the boundary of a frame, its irregular silhouette sits directly against the wall, allowing the contrast between organic relief and flat plane to become part of the work itself.
Curved forms emerge and recede across the composition, their depth becoming more pronounced as light shifts over the surface. The wall acts as both backdrop and counterpoint, emphasising the movement held within the piece.
